    Steps for Completion
  1. Blind cook the pie crust at 425°F for 10 minutes then remove pie pan and decrease oven to 325°F.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, ricotta, salt, and pepper. Slice up some ham and green onions. Dredge the ham in flour so they do not fall to the bottom.
  3. Put the egg mix in the pie pan with the crust. Add the ham and green onion. Top with any cheese you want.
  4. Cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
