    Food Stuffs
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tlbs ev olive oil
  • 2 tlbs water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can chickpeas
    Seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
    Equipment
  • food processor
  • measuring cup
  • measuring spoon
    Steps for Completion
  1. Mix everything together in the food processor except the chickpeas. Process until smooth and mixed.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Add half to the processor and run for 1 minute.
  3. Scrape the sides, add the other half, and blend until smooth. Add more olive oil or water in 1 tlbs increments to make it thinner.
  4. Top with more paprika, salt, and olive oil before serving.
